We are a cross-industry group of energy providers, high street banks, retailers, manufacturers and public policy experts who have come together to call on politicians to take action to empower households to insulate their homes.

 

We are calling for a Rebate to Renovate.  Simply put, our Rebate to Renovate is a stamp duty rebate applied to homes that raise their EPC rating through renovation within 2 years of a sale.

The Rebate will deliver the Better Homes our country deserves. Empowering. Rewarding.
